Ashtanga
Ashtanga Yoga is a set series of postures that are woven together using flowing movements. Each connecting move is synchronized with breath to become a meditation in movement. The postures are designed in a specific order; let the practioner to develop a balance between strength and flexibility. Focusing on the breath let the mind clears and becomes calm. Idea for who want to try a more challenging practice.

Power
Power Yoga includes a powerful sequence of postures that is energizing, fun and dynamic. Idea for who want to try a more challenging practice.

Pranayama & Dhyana (Meditation)
Pranayama & Dhyana is Conscious relaxation through breath awareness is the goal. This group meditation class is offered for students of all practice levels who are interested in more fully integrating their yogic transformation. Suitable for beginners and all levels.

Hatha
Hatha Yoga ~ A traditional Indian yoga approach through the practice of posture, breathing, gestures, locks and relaxations. Suitable for beginners.

Yin
Yin Yoga exploring the body's subtle energies. Long, deep stretching cultivating a peaceful and meditative mind. Suitable for beginner and all levels.

Pre-natal
Pre-natal yoga use yoga breathing helps you to relax, improves circulation and will help you relieve the pain of labor in childbirth, ease your mind and connect with your baby in a safe and supportive environment. This class is designed to meet the needs of pregnancy and new beginnings of motherhood.

Post-natal
Post-natal yoga gently supports a mother’s recovery after giving birth. Let each mother & baby learn from Yoga, & through the processing of massage make both of them enhance their sentiment. In the meanwhile, to give a mother time out to focus on looking after herself, feel rejuvenated and ready to return to the wonderful world of motherhood.

Kids yoga
Kids Yoga let our kids learned the basic poses in a very playful environment to maintain our natural flexibility and to learn how to enjoy it! This class is a time to align the young and creative minds of our kids with some fun & powerful yogic techniques to focus the mind and build co-ordination.
